Join us for our 2nd annual Tuckahoe Parents, Teachers & Staff Night Out. Enjoy a casual and fun evening of games, raffles, outstanding food and beverage and good company for all. Broken Bow has both indoor and outdoor seating and service available as well as tents in case of rain.
The Tuckahoe PTA Dance Program is now open to BOYS AND GIRLS in grades K-12! Students will be taught a mix of Jazz, Tap, Ballet, and Hip Hop under the direction of lead teacher/director, Ms. Lauren Gualdino. All classes will be IN PERSON and held in the William E. Cottle School Auditorium (unless otherwise specified). All NY State/School COVID protocols will be followed, including the wearing of masks indoors.
Room reps are needed more than ever to serve as an important resource for Cottle teachers and parents.
Room Rep Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between teacher and parents
Support the teacher and respect the classroom
Assist your classroom teacher with miscellaneous activities (e.g., special events)
Work with your classroom’s teachers to provide information, announcements, and reminders to parents
Serve as a representative of the PTA and encourage parents in your class to get involved with PTA programs
Distribute information from PTA to parents to encourage participation and attendance at school events
Organize collection and activities during Teacher Appreciation Week
Coordinate holiday and end-of-year teacher gifts
Promote class inclusion and cohesiveness
