2021-2022 Yearbook Photo Submissions
We are collecting pictures from the following events:
- Snow Day 2022
- Valentine’s BINGO
- Valentine’s Spirit Week
- 100th Day of Kindergarten (for current kindergarten students only)
Please note that each folder is by grade. Be sure to upload to the correct grade folder.
• Group photographs are preferred (three or more students featured)
• Please note that depending on how many we receive, not all pictures will be included in the final yearbook.
**Please submit photos by Friday, March 11, 2022**
Instructions on how to submit photos online:
- Type in the url: www.yearbooksspm.com/template/home3/Public.jsp
- Click on “Photo Post” Choose State (NY), City (Eastchester), School/Organization (William E Cottle), click “OK”
- The next page will ask you to log in (for security purposes). Click on “Sign Up” to create an account
- Find the folder you would like to upload to and click on it (it will be highlighted in grey)
- Click on the “Upload” link just to the right of the list of folders
- Click “Add Files”
- Navigate to where you have your photos saved on your computer, choose the photos you’d like to upload and click “OK” / “Open” (PC/MAC)
- Once your photo is uploaded you will receive a prompt, “All files have been successfully uploaded. Do you want to upload more?” Choose YES or NO
- Once your photos are uploaded, you are all set!
